What Is Technical Communication
Animation
September 2025

This animated video, created using Vyond, introduces learners to the field of technical communication and highlights its role in simplifying complex ideas and processes. The project emphasizes clarity, accuracy, and accessibility so audiences can apply information effectively.

The content covers five areas: technical writing, instructional design, usability/UX, multimedia design, and intercultural communication. Each area pairs narration with visuals and icons to make abstract concepts practical. I developed the script and storyboard to ensure the narration flowed smoothly with visuals, using transitions and text highlights to reinforce key terms.

By combining storyboarding, narration, and visual design, I created an engaging piece that demonstrates how complex professional concepts can be communicated in a way that is both engaging and accessible.

This Rise 360 course introduces learners to the five components of Emotional Intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. It also explains their impact on workplace relationships. The design blends short text, narration, and interactive activities.

Each module includes opportunities for reflection, encouraging learners to connect Emotional Intelligence concepts to their own experiences. The course closes with a recap and final quiz that reinforce strategies for building Emotional Intelligence through daily practice. This project showcases my ability to create clean, accessible eLearning in Rise that balances interactivity with practical takeaways.

Global Communication: Navigating the Interconnected World
e-Learning Course
July 2024

This Storyline course explores how global communication works in modern organizations and why it matters for collaboration across cultures. It examines traditional and digital channels, translation challenges, and ethical considerations, while applying Hofstede’s dimensions to real workplace scenarios.

I designed the flow to move from foundational knowledge to applied practice. Learners interact with narrated slides, scenario prompts, and knowledge checks that make abstract concepts actionable. A final quiz ties the content back to real-world professional communication.

The design blends narration with scenarios that simulate real workplace challenges, allowing learners to apply strategies in context. Knowledge checks and a final quiz reinforce best practices, while the visuals maintain clarity and accessibility. This project shows my ability to create relevant workplace training that connects theory to practice.

Deliverable: Articulate Storyline course

Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions
e-Learning Course
January 2024

This Storyline course focuses on Geert Hofstede’s six cultural dimensions: Power Distance, Individualism–Collectivism, Masculinity-Femininity, Uncertainty Avoidance, Long and Short Term Orientation, and Indulgence–Restraint, and their influence on communication, teamwork, and leadership. The course uses narrated explanations paired with visuals like diagrams to make theoretical content clear and approachable.

Interactive exercises allow learners to compare cultural norms side by side, while case-based scenarios guide them in making decisions that account for cultural differences. Knowledge checks and a final assessment reinforce both recall and application of the framework in workplace settings. This project demonstrates my ability to transform academic theory into accessible, applied learning experiences that encourage cultural awareness and adaptability.

Deliverable: Articulate Storyline course

Agile Project Management
e-Learning Course
September 2023

This Storyline course introduces Agile project management by comparing it to traditional Waterfall methods. Learners explore Agile values, the development cycle, and Scrum events, reinforced by brief scenarios and a final quiz.

Though concise, the design shows my ability to organize technical material into a clear instructional flow that keeps alignment between learning objectives and assessment.
